REAL One page. Thesis brief and fatal assumptions, compressed. Not a plan to sell this as software.
What you are trying to own
An ordinary person sets the goal, the money limit, and the rare yes/no. An organization does the research, drafts, builds, outreach, delivery, and checking. You should not have to operate the software.
Interest in that idea is not proof. Nobody outside this room has paid for “an owner view.” This page is a dogfood sketch, not a product launch.
Where it stands today
- Stranger cash: $0.
- One offer in market: ListingLift at $39. Checkout live. Zero paid.
- Cold email stopped (delivery). Reddit post removed. One partner note sent, then park.
- Several earlier ideas killed before they burned outreach.
- Next candidate sits on a shelf. No contact.
What would kill the bigger idea
- You still end up as the project manager and the copy-paste layer.
- Safety checks make learning so slow that nothing is ever honestly tested — or people skip the checks to look fast.
- The org cannot repeatedly put an offer in front of strangers, so “no” and “yes” stay unmeasurable.
- Activity goes up, your labor goes down, and stranger money stays ~$0.
Whether strangers will pay for this owner view itself is deliberately not being tested now.
What you can ignore
Worker names, internal ledgers, and how the pieces are wired. Those stay behind this page unless something is blocked and only you can unblock it.
